Today, I’m sharing a powerful, nutrient-packed weight gain smoothie that has been a total game-changer for me. If you’ve been struggling to put on and maintain weight, this recipe might just be what you need!

My Weight Gain Journey

Growing up, I was always on the slimmer side. For nearly 28 years, my weight was mostly below my age. No matter what I ate or how much I tried to bulk up, I couldn’t maintain my weight. At one point, I was stuck at 45 kg till I was 28 years.

Then, everything changed last year. I stumbled upon a video about weight gain smoothies, and I thought, Why not give it a try? So, I committed to it. For about six months, I made and drank these smoothies consistently, sticking to a simple routine of 10 to 12 days per month.

Within the first month, I noticed changes in my tummy and even started folding in new ways (which was quite interesting to see!). Soon after, my whole body started transforming. For the first time ever, my weight increased from 45 kg to 53 kg, and even better, I’ve been able to maintain it!

In the past, anytime I gained weight, it would disappear within a few months. But this time, it’s been six months and counting. My goal is to hit 60 kg by the end of 2025, and I believe it’s possible with this smoothie.

Ingredients for the Smoothie:

  • Banana
  • Avocado
  • Mango
  • Oats
  • Peanut Butter
  • Milk
  • Honey
  • Yoghurt
  • Cinnamon Powder (optional)
  • Chia Seeds (for extra nutrients)
For Garnishing:
  • Grapes
  • Apple
  • Chia Seeds

Instructions:

Step 1: Blend the Smoothie

  1. Peel and chop the banana, avocado, and mango into smaller chunks.
  2. In a blender, add all the ingredients (banana, avocado, mango, oats, peanut butter, honey, yoghurt, and milk).
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Step 2: Garnish & Serve

  1. Pour the smoothie into a glass.
  2. Garnish with grapes, apple slices, and chia seeds.
  3. Enjoy your delicious, nutrient-packed smoothie!
How to Get the Best Results:
