Ingredients for Egg Fried Cabbage:

  • 1/2 cabbage
  • 2 carrots
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 5 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • Spring onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • Salt to taste
  • Seasoning (optional)

How to Make Egg-Fried Cabbage

Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients

Chop the cabbage into thin shreds.
Slice the carrots.
Grate the ginger.
Beat the eggs in a bowl with black pepper, salt, and seasoning (if using).

Step 2: Fry the Eggs

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
