- Pepper mix (A blend of 2 chili peppers, 4 scotch bonnet peppers, 1 onion bulb, 2 garlic cloves, and a small piece of ginger)
- Seasoning cubes or powder (to taste)
- Crayfish powder
- Salt (to taste)
- 5 tbsp Pepper soup spice (available in most African stores)
- Scent leaves or basil leaves
- 1 tsp Black pepper (optional, for an extra kick!)
- 1 tsp suya spice (optional)
Preparation

- Prep the Goat Meat: Wash the goat meat thoroughly and set aside.
- Blend the Pepper Mix: Roughly blend the scotch bonnet peppers, chili peppers, onion, garlic, and ginger.
- Prepare the Leaves: Rinse the scent or basil leaves under cool running water and set aside.
Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Goat Meat
- Place the cleaned goat meat in a pot on medium heat.
- Add the blended pepper mix.
- Add some onions (sliced or chopped).
- Season with some crayfish powder, black pepper, goat meat seasoning, pepper soup spice, salt, and seasoning powder.
